THE GOOD QUESTIONS
Yes. A directory listing is free. Loyal-T Cards is an optional paid service and does not buy a better listing or a review.
They need a compatible device with Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is no separate Loyal-T Cards customer app.
We prepare the account, card, initial rules and QR materials, and onboard your team. Your team invites customers, records activity and redeems rewards. You pay for the rewards you choose.
This offer does not include POS or booking integration. Keep your existing workflow and record loyalty activity in the Loyal-T Cards platform.
Email hello@fluffinn.com from the email used for your subscription before the next renewal. You can also contact hello@loyal-t.cards. We confirm cancellation, and access continues to the end of the paid month or year.
After checkout, email us your business name and order email. We agree the reward and collect your logo and colours before setup. Timing depends on receiving those materials and arranging onboarding.

Eligibility: a pet business operating one location in Skopje, North Macedonia. Extra locations require a separate agreement. No free trial or performance guarantee is included.
Billing: the monthly subscription is US$25 per month; the annual subscription is US$240 per year, paid upfront. Both recur at the selected interval until cancelled. The annual equivalent of US$20/month is not a monthly payment option. The annual saving compares US$240 with 12 payments of US$25.
Renewal and cancellation: cancel before the next renewal by emailing hello@fluffinn.com or hello@loyal-t.cards from your subscription email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Any renewal-price change will be communicated before it takes effect.
Refunds: cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. Requests are considered individually and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Your chosen reward costs and staff time are your responsibility.
Setup and service: provide your business details, logo, colours and proposed reward. We configure one location and a branded card, prepare initial reward rules and QR join materials, and onboard your team. Daily program management, POS/booking integration, advertising, social posts and multi-pet custom software are excluded.
Payments and activation: Stripe processes the payment. After a confirmed payment we arrange onboarding manually; checkout does not create or activate a live loyalty account automatically. Your free fluffinn listing remains independent of this subscription.
