Services
Loyal-T Cards provides digital loyalty card solutions for businesses, including card design, setup, and management through Apple Wallet and Google Pay. We handle the technical setup and ongoing maintenance of your loyalty programme.
Subscriptions and payment
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is listed on our website and may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle. All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us, including business details and loyalty programme configurations. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Intellectual property
All content on the Loyal-T Cards website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your business branding and loyalty card designs remain your property.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyal-T Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
