The retention challenge
Pet grooming is naturally a repeat business. A customer can be happy with the service and still delay the next appointment, forget who they used last time, or simply drift.
The useful question is not only, “How many new customers did we get?” It is also, “How many customers are coming back?”
That is the part Loyal-T Cards makes visible: loyalty activity, repeat visits and recorded loyalty revenue in one dashboard.
What Loyal-T Cards tracked
The business used Loyal-T Cards as its customer-loyalty platform. The dashboard distinguishes new visits from repeat visits and records revenue associated with loyalty activity.
This case study reports the dashboard exactly as recorded. It does not assume Loyal-T Cards caused every visit or every dirham shown.

What the 12-month dashboard view shows
Across the selected dashboard period, Loyal-T Cards recorded 9,555 total visits: 4,876 new and 4,679 repeat.
Repeat visits represented approximately 49.0% of all tracked visits in that view. Put another way, the dashboard recorded roughly 96 repeat visits for every 100 new visits across the full selected period.
Repeat activity was not a small side metric.
49.0%
of tracked visits in the 12-month view were repeat visits.
The dashboard tied loyalty activity to revenue.
AED 116,804.72
was recorded as loyalty revenue in the same selected period.
Important: this is measurement, not a causal claim.
The dashboard tells us what was recorded through the loyalty program. It does not prove that every repeat visit would have disappeared without Loyal-T Cards, and it does not guarantee another groomer will reproduce the same numbers.
The latest six-month view was even more repeat-heavy.
From 24 February 2026 to 23 August 2026, the same dashboard recorded 958 new visits and 3,362 repeat visits.
Repeat vs new visits
3.5×
as many repeat visits as new visits in the latest six-month view.
Share of tracked visits
77.8%
of the 4,320 tracked visits in that six-month view were repeat visits.

What this means for a pet-grooming business
The lesson is not that every groomer will produce 4,679 repeat visits.
The lesson is that repeat behaviour becomes visible once you have a loyalty process your team actually uses.
For a grooming business, that gives you a clearer view of whether customers are returning, how much loyalty activity is being recorded, and how large the repeat side of the business really is.
- Customers can carry the branded loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Your team records visits and rewards through the Loyal-T Cards platform.
- You can use the platform's loyalty communications when you want to bring attention back to the business.
- The dashboard gives you visibility into new visits, repeat visits and loyalty activity.
It does not replace your booking system.

Loyal-T Cards is a separate loyalty platform. We are not claiming an integration with your booking system. Your existing booking and communication workflow can stay as it is.
