Referral Programme

A system that rewards existing customers for introducing new customers to the business.

A referral programme turns your best customers into your best marketing channel. When an existing customer shares their loyalty card and a friend joins, both earn a reward — bonus stamps, cashback credit, or a free product. The mechanism is built into the digital loyalty card, so there are no codes to remember and no forms to fill out.

Referral programmes work because trust drives acquisition. A recommendation from a friend carries more weight than any advertisement. Nielsen research shows that 92% of consumers trust recommendations from people they know above all other forms of marketing. A referral programme puts a structured incentive behind that organic behaviour.

For Dubai businesses, referral programmes are particularly effective in community-oriented areas like JLT, Jumeirah, and Al Barsha — neighbourhoods where residents know each other and share recommendations naturally. The loyalty card simply adds a reward layer to conversations that are already happening.
