Loyal-T Cards for entertainment

Turn one great night out into a regular one.

Venues, attractions and activity centres live on the people who come back. A branded loyalty or membership card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet keeps your venue in their pocket, with recorded visits, member benefits and offers on the card.

We set it up. Your team runs it.

Founding 20: US$330 for your first year. Regularly US$660/year. 20 of 20 spots remaining.

Why repeat visits matter

Regulars fill the room on the nights that matter.

Entertainment businesses depend on regulars: the group that comes every weekend, the family that returns every school holiday, the members who turn up on a quiet Tuesday.

A card in the wallet gives those regulars a visible relationship with the venue: visits recorded, a membership tier and its benefits, passes for a set number of sessions, or an offer for the next event.

Loyal-T Cards does not sell tickets or control entry. Your team records the eligible visit with the scanner, and the card shows the customer what that visit earned.

How repeat business looks in entertainment

  • Weekend regulars and weeknight members
  • Families returning across school holidays and birthdays
  • Activity sessions sold as packs, such as climbing, bowling or karting
  • Food, drink and merchandise bought on every visit

How it fits your workflow

Your ticketing and entry process stay as they are.

Keep using your existing ticketing, POS and payment workflow. Loyal-T Cards runs separately as your loyalty platform.

Nothing is synchronised automatically and no integration is included. Your team records eligible loyalty activity through Loyal-T Cards, and the card in the customer's wallet updates.

Stays as it is

  • Your ticketing and admission system
  • Your entry control and capacity management
  • Your bar, food and merchandise POS
  • Your event calendar and promotion channels

Runs through Loyal-T Cards

  • Customers joining by QR code at the entrance or bar
  • Recording eligible visits or spend with the scanner
  • Recognising members and redeeming rewards
  • Event announcements and offers to cardholders where configured

In practice

An example structure, and who does what.

Loyal-T Cards configures the structure with you at setup. From launch, your customers and your team use it like this.

Example venue loyalty structure

Format
Rewards card plus membership
Earning rule
Points per eligible visit and per unit of recorded food, drink or merchandise spend
Reward
A configured reward, such as a free entry or a drink, at a points threshold
Membership
A member tier with priority entry or a standing benefit, applied by your door team

Example: after a configured number of recorded visits or points, the customer receives a reward. Benefits are set by you and applied by your team. Illustration only, not a ticketing or access system.

The customer

  • Scans the QR code at the entrance or bar and adds your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
  • Sees visits, points, membership tier or remaining sessions on the card
  • Shows the card at entry or the bar so activity can be recorded
  • Receives event announcements or offers on their phone where configured

Your team

  • Invites customers to join at the door or the bar
  • Scans the card with the Loyal-T Cards scanner to record the eligible visit or spend
  • Recognises members, applies benefits and redeems rewards through the scanner
  • Reviews visits, members and redemptions in the dashboard

Loyalty communications

A direct line to the people who already come.

Where configured and supported, Loyal-T Cards can send loyalty communications through the wallet card: manual and automated push notifications, geo-targeted notifications, birthday messages, inactivity reminders and reward notifications. Your team decides what to send and when.

Event announcement

A manual push notification to cardholders about an upcoming event or new session, where configured.

Quiet-night offer

A coupon or notification for a slow night, sent to cardholders when you decide.

Member update

A reward or membership notification when a customer reaches a configured tier or threshold.

Notifications are delivered through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and depend on the customer's device and wallet settings. They are examples of supported capabilities, not a guarantee of reach or response.
